Payments & Charges:

We accept credit cards, VISA or MASTERCARD at the time of purchase on the Website, or by FAX .

 

We do not accept CODs nor CHECKs.

 

Special Notes:

    1. Any refused or undelivered packages not failed by the carrier will be assessed a $15.00 per package service charge.

    2. We, Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc., cannot be held responsible for Common carrier's or customer's failure to deliver or accept on time (other than the refund of shipping charges if delinquent in arrival and reimbursed by common carrier).

    3. Any additional carrier fees due to Address Corrections will be charged to the customer as well as a $2.00 processing & handling fee (please make sure your address is right!!). We will charge to the credit card used for original purchase order when we are notified in our monthly statement. We will notify the customer before charging.

    4. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

    5. For free shipping, we reserve the right to use UPS or US Postal Service.

    6. Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. can not be held responsible for any economic loss or injury to person or property that may result from the misuse or failure of any product.

    7. Shipping time does not include weekends since most common carriers are closed on weekends.

 

Return Policy:


Unopened Products:

    Music / Software:
    Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or
    exchanges on Karaoke Music/Software (same item exchange only for items proven to be defective).
    Music/Software include CDGs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, SCDGs, Laser Discs, Magic Mic Chips, Cassette tapes
    and Computer Programs.

 

    Equipment:
    Unopened equipment returns must be sent out within fifteen days of the invoice date. A 35% restocking
    fee will be deducted. Returns must include sales invoice and be double packed in the original boxes with
    the packing materials as we shipped. Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping, handling and
    insurance (including free shipping deals). Customers must contact us to obtain an RA# (return authorization
    number) prior to return. RA# must be posted on the box. Any returns without the proper RA# will be refused,
    or returned (by C.O.D) at the shipper's responsibility.

 

Opened Products (Not Defective):

Defective Products:

 

Music/Software and Equipment:
    Defective items will be exchanged under Manufacture Warranty with same identical item
    within 30 days of the sales invoice date. Merchandise must include sales invoice and be double packed in the
    original boxes with the packing materials as we shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping
    charges to Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. and/or the manufacturer. If item is under warranty, Seattle
    Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. and/or the manufactrer will cover return shipping to customer, if item defect cannot
    be comfirmed, return shipping must be covered by the Customer. Customers must contact us to obtain an
    RA# (return authorization number) prior to return. RA# must be posted on the box. Any returns without the,
    proper RA# will be refused or returned (by C.O.D.) at the shipper's responsibility. Customers will be shipped
    an identical item after inspection of their return.

 

Important Return Notes:

    1. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sale invoice, and RA# on the shipping box.

    2. All returns must be insured and the customer's responsible. Seattle Karaoke Enterprises, Inc. has no responsiblity for the returned packages until received by Seattle Karaoke.

    3. Approximate processing time will be 2 to 4 weeks.

    4. All accessories (microphones, sampler discs, remotes, cables, manual, etc) provided with equipment must be included with the return, also in the original condition.
