We offer shipping
service via US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. We offer our customers the following shipping
US Postal Service (Recommended for Music orders)
Domestic: Priority Mail or Express Mail.
UPS or FedEx (Recommended for Equipment orders)
Domestic (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii): Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day Air, NextDay Air
Orders to Alaska & Hawaii: 2 Day Air, NextDay Air
For music orders over $99 shipping cost will be removed once we receive the order.
You can log in to your account to view the total charges after removal of shipping.
For free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the most economical method of shipping. If you need a specific
shipping method, please let us know. In such a case, you will be charged for the shipping.

placed on our site by 7PM (PST) usually ship the next day unless a product is out
Calculating Shipping Cost: It's easy to calculate
shipping costs on our Web site before you purchase a product.
Just follow the steps below.
Add your items to the shopping cart (Login to your account or
create a new account).
Complete the first three steps of the checkout process to view
your shipping cost. Insurance is Optional and Additional.
Checking Order Status: To
check the status of an order, click the Your
Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to
your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as
Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed.
Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in
order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.

Enterprises, Inc., cannot be held responsible for Common carrier's
or customer's failure to deliver or accept on time (other than the
refund of shipping charges if delinquent in arrival and reimbursed
by common carrier).
2. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
3. Shipping time does not include weekends and holidays when the most common carriers are closed.
4. Any additional carrier fees due to Address Corrections will be charged to the customer
as well as a minimum of $5.00 processing & handling fee (please make sure your address is right!!). We will charge to the credit card used for original purchase order
when we are notified in our monthly statement. We will notify the customer before charging.
5. Any refused or undelivered packages not failed by the carrier will be assessed a
$20.00 per package service charge addition to the original shipping fee(s).
